The sessions will showcase IFAD’s efforts in generating knowledge and evidence through rigorous impact assessments to support inclusive food systems transformation. Selected examples of impact assessments will highlight important lessons learned to design new projects, with a goal to facilitate the panel discussion on the importance of data, knowledge and evidence for policy and partnerships.

The panelists will highlight their views on how to generate and disseminate the use of data, knowledge, and evidence for inclusive food systems transformation. The thematic areas of focus will include climate resilience, food and nutrition security and rural institutions, among others as part of a system’s level approach to rural transformation.
